Mobile Therapy Vans
Out of the 45 MVTs, some remain in the district they have been assigned, while others move between districts. They aim to go to people living in marginalized, hard-to-reach areas so that people can avail some of the services that are available at the centers. While MVTs' services are limited compared to the centers, there is always a Physiotherapist Consultant, a therapist's assistance, and where available, an OT, SLT, and Clinical PT. One of the primary roles MVTs play is to create awareness and provide information on the services that the centers provide.
